  • Emma Marshall is the Founder and CEO of Movement is Medicine™, and the creator of The Movement is Medicine Method.

    Emma is a TEDx Speaker and has been featured on This Morning, Happy Place, the BBC & C4 for her work with Movement is Medicine. Movement is Medicine is a brand that combines neuroscience, music and dance and is dedicated to educating people on utilising easily accessible tools and information about the mind-body connection in daily life.

    Movement is Medicine was created off the back of Emma’s serious health journey after a ‘mystery illness’ that required a lot of treatment, self-study, research and self-belief.

    During her recovery, she created her method and body of work that has helped people deal with stress, trauma, and physical and mental health issues worldwide.

    Emma has a degree in English Lit & Communication Studies and over 10 years of experience in the music industry, particularly within rave and dance music culture. She’s worked with some of the UK’s top music talent and globally recognised organisations and brands. She also has experience working with young people within SEN and as a football coach.
